GKC Indiana Theatres, Inc. ("GKC") brings this interlocutory appeal of the trial court's grant of a motion for preliminary injunction filed by Elk Retail Investors ("Elk Retail") to prohibit GKC from selling a piece of real estate. GKC raises three issues in this interlocutory appeal, which we restate as:

1. Whether the preliminary injunction must be reversed because the trial court failed to include the findings of fact required by Ind. Trial Rule 52 and Ind. Trial Rule 65(D) in the order granting the injunction;
