Larry Hudson appeals from the denial of his petition for writ of habeas corpus brought pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2264. On December 2, 1967, petitioner was convicted of murder by a Louisiana jury and sentenced to death. 1 The Supreme Court of Louisiana, in an extensive opinion, affirmed petitioner’s conviction. State v. Hudson, 253 La. 992, 221 So.2d 484 (1969), cert. denied, 408 U.S. 949, 91 S.Ct. 2273, 29 L.Ed.2d 855 (1971). The Louisiana courts denied petitioner habeas relief on numerous occasions.
