This is a diversity of citizenship action brought by plaintiff Composite Marine Propellers, Inc., a Kansas corporation, seeking to recover damages for breach of contract and to enjoin defendants from further misappropriation and misuse of certain trade secrets. The matter now comes before the court on defendants’ motion to dismiss for lack of personal jurisdiction and insufficiency of service of process (Doc. 88). 1 Fed.R. Civ.P. 12(b)(2) and (4).
