MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
FRANK, District Judge.
This matter is before the Court on Defendants’ Motion for Summary Judgment. For the reasons that follow, the Motion is granted.
I. Background
Plaintiff Reynold “Josh” Klein worked as a Communications Technician Aide (“Tech Aide”) in the Communications Division of the Hennepin County Sheriffs Department from May of 1980 until he retired in May of 1996.
