By bill in equity in the Circuit Court of Cole County appellant, plaintiff below, sought to enjoin respondents from enforcing, as they were threatening to do, Sections 12408, 12409, 12411, 12412, 12413 and 12415, Revised Statutes 1929 (Mo. Stat. Ann., pp. 404, et seq.), relating to milk, cream, etc., on the ground that said sections of the statute are unconstitutional and void. Upon final hearing the circuit court found for the defendants, holding the statute valid, and dismissed plaintiff's bill. Plaintiff appealed.
