The Court addresses this Order to statute of limitations issues raised by way of motions to dismiss filed by defendants Harr, Kerr, Forster and Company (Harris, Kerr) and defendants Kemmons Wilson, Wallace Johnson and the Alodex Corporation (the Alodex defendants).
