Darrell McClanahan, an insured of Farmers Insurance Company, Inc. (Farmers)1 was driving a motor vehicle titled in the name of Lonzo Roberts, an insured of Subscribers at the Automobile Club Inter-Insurance Exchange (The Exchange) when he was involved in an accident. As a result of the accident, claims were made against McClanahan by Curtis Brown, as administrator of the Estate of Dennis Brown, Tammie Guccionne, Debbie Boylan, and Gary Dorris.
