In an action for declaratory judgment relative to uninsured motorist coverage under an automobile insurance policy, plaintiff, Neomi Lopez, appeals from a summary judgment entered in favor of defendant, Dairyland Insurance Company. We affirm.

Plaintiff was a passenger in a vehicle driven by Tom Valdez and was injured in ah automobile accident caused by his negligence. The vehicle involved in the accident was owned by Mary Valdez, who, on the day of the accident, had loaned Tom Valdez her automobile.
