Dr. Daniel J. Ritacca and Ritacca Laser and Cosmetic Surgery Center, S.C. (collectively, “Plaintiffs”) bring this action against Storz Medical, A.G. (“Storz”), Curamedix, and Stephen Nelson alleging common law fraud and consumer fraud in violation of the Illinois Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices Act (“ICFA”), 815 111. Comp.
