This appeal was brought by the employer from an order of the superior court affirming the award of attorney fees to the employee-claimant’s attorney by the State Board of Workers’ Compensation. The appeal to the superior court was filed March 8, 1990. The order affirming the award of the Board was entered May 30, 1990. It recites that a hearing on the appeal was held April 16, 1990.
