HAMLIN, Circuit Judge.

The National Labor Relations Board, hereinafter called the Board, has petitioned this court for the enforcement of its order against Respondent Company, the Englander Company, Inc., its officers, agents, successors and assigns, hereinafter called Englander, and Respondent Union, International Brotherhood of Teamsters, Chauffeurs, Ware-housemen and Helpers of America, Ware-housemen’s Local Union No. 117, its officers, agents, successors and assigns, hereinafter called Teamsters.
