This suit was instituted by appellee, Indiana Union Traction Company, against the appellants and the appellees, Ransom Bronnenberg, Sarah Bronnenberg and Anderson Trust Company, to enforce specific performance of a written contract, for the sale of real estate, alleged to have been entered into by Calvin A., Ransom and Susan T. Bronnenberg, brothers and sister, who owned the real estate in equal shares as tenants in common.
