ESPINOSA, Judge.

¶ 1 After a jury trial, appellant Pamela Peterson was convicted of theft of means of transportation by control or by controlling stolen property. The trial court suspended imposition of her sentence, placing her on probation for two years and ordering restitution of $1,392. On appeal, Peterson argues the court erred in denying her motion to suppress without a hearing and in admitting certain evidence at trial over her hearsay and confrontation objections.
