Defendant appeals from a judgment of conviction and sentence for six counts of aggravated murder. ORS 163.095. Defendant contends that the trial court erred in admitting into evidence, over defendant’s hearsay and Confrontation Clause objections, portions of a confession by defendant’s alleged accomplice implicating defendant in the murder. We affirm.
