LAKE, J., took no part in the consideration or decision of this case. This is a civil action to recover damages for personal injuries. Plaintiff alleges she was struck by a motorcycle owned by James Gardner and operated by his son, Danny (Donny) Clifton Gardner, as the agent of his father within the meaning of the family purpose doctrine.
