The issues in this case have been the frequent subject of litigation in a multitude of bankruptcy courts throughout the country. In this Chapter 13 case, the Debtors, William and Kimberly Stauder, have objected to proofs of claim numbers 6, 8, and 9, all filed by the Claimant, eCast Settlement Corporation.
