I. INTRODUCTION

Presently before the court is the Debtors’ Objection to the Proof of Claim filed by PRA Receivables Management, LLC (“PRA”). In its Proof of Claim, PRA asserts that it holds a claim of $13,024.46 as an assignee of a credit card account. The Debtors contest the allowance of the claim based upon the lack of documentation attached to the Proof of Claim.
