Action to compel the defendant, Northwestern Clearance Co., a corporation, to issue certain stock to defendant Kreidler, and to compel Kreidler to transfer the same to plaintiff. Defendants had judgment in the court below from which plaintiff appealed, having *199first moved for amended findings and for a new trial, which the court denied.
