MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

Plaintiff Todd L. Johnson brings this securities fraud class action against defendants Corus Bankshares, Inc. (“Corus”), Corus’s Chief Executive Officer, Robert J. Glickman (“Glickman”), and Corus’s Chief Financial Officer, Tim H. Taylor (“Taylor”), for violating sections 10(b) and 20(a) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 (“the Exchange Act”), 15 U.S.C. §§ 78j(b) and 78t(a), as well as SEC Rule 10b-5, 17 C.F.R. § 240.10b-5.
