This is an appeal on questions of law from a judgment of the Common Pleas Court of Lucas County, after a full hearing, dismissing the petition of plaintiffs, appellants herein, and rendering final judgment for defendants, appellees herein. The plaintiffs sought approval of a subdivision containing three lots, without plat, by the Maumee Planning Commission, pursuant to Section 711.09 et seq., Bevised Code.
