VANDE WALLE, Chief Justice.

[¶ 1] In these consolidated appeals, Christopher Fraser appealed from a judgment of conviction of forgery, and Christopher and Matthew Fraser appealed from judgments of conviction of burglary. We affirm.

I. THE FORGERY CASE

[¶ 2] Mandy Taniguchi was an acquaintance of Christopher Fraser, and he sometimes babysat for her. In November 1997, two checks written on Taniguchi’s closed checking account were passed at a Mini-Mart in Minot.
