OPINION AND ORDER
The instant matter is before this Court on a motion by the defendants to compel answers to interrogatories propounded by them to the plaintiff, the United States of America.
This is a civil antitrust suit which was commenced on December 24, 1964. 1 The suit arose as a result of an extended investigation by the Department of Justice of the defendant corporations and others, relative to the sale and distribution of chlorine, soda ash and caustic soda.
