MEMORANDUM OPINION

This case has been referred to me to preside over garnishment proceedings, Paper No. 60, which arise from the efforts of Data-Quick Information Systems, Inc. (“Data-Quick”) to collect on a judgment issued in its favor against Steele Software Systems Corp. (“Steele Software”) and its successor corporation, Three S Delaware, Inc. (“Three S”).1 After receiving judgment in its favor, Data-Quick commenced discovery to obtain information that would allow it to satisfy the judgment.
