Plaintiffs in error were defendants and defendant in error was plaintiff in the trial court, and they will be referred to bere as they appeared there. C. P. Worley was sheriff and G. T. Shook, was undersheriff of Garvin county. They had levied an execution or order of sale, issued out of the district court of Caddo county, upon an oil and gas lease on the S. E. % of sec. 20 T 1.
