This action was brought to recover damages for personal injuries, and for property damage. The cause was tried to the court and a jury, and resulted in a verdict in favor of the plaintiff Raulon J. Moffitt in the sum of one thousand dollars, and in favor of Sally C. Crandall in the sum of $5,367.20. The verdict was against all of the defendants, and they moved, with the exception of the defendant Lester J.
