Appellee brought this suit by attachment in chancery against C. L. Yining and Mrs. C. L. Yining, residents of the State of Louisiana, and Lee White, doing business under the name of J. B. White Motor Co., a resident of Mississippi, as garnishee, seeking- a recovery of damages against Yining- and wife and seeking a lien to secure the same upon an automobile in possession of the garnishee.
