OPINION

JAMES T. CAMPBELL, Justice.

Eric Maiwald, acting pro se, appeals an order terminating his parental rights to his child T.B.D. The proceeding was initiated by the child's mother Stacey Kaye Moon,[1] and was tried to the bench in December 2005. We will reverse the order of termination and remand the cause for a new trial.
