The appellee, Josephine Skidmore, was indicted by the Sumner County grand jury with one (1) count of forgery and one (1) count of making, presenting or using a false document with the intent that it be taken as a genuine governmental record. She applied for pretrial diversion, which was denied by the district attorney. Skid-more subsequently filed a petition for writ of certiorari -with the trial court to review the district attorney’s denial of pretrial diversion.
