MEMORANDUM ORDER APPROVING SETTLEMENT
NANCY C. DREHER, Bankruptcy Judge.
The above-entitled matter came on for hearing before the undersigned on the 30th day of April, 1997, on the motion by the Chapter 7 Trustee to approve a settlement pursuant: to Rule 9019 of the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure. Appearances were as noted on the record. The United States Trustee has objected to the proposed settlement on the grounds that approving the settlement would be contrary to public policy.
