LOCKWOOD, Justice:

The appellant, William E. Stolze, was convicted of three counts of furnishing marijuana to a minor in violation of A.R. S. § 36-1002.08 and was sentenced to a term of not less than ten years nor more than ten years and one day in the Arizona State Prison.

The appellant’s first contention is that his right to due process under the Fourteenth Amendment to the United States Constitution “has been violated by the unwillingness of the lower court to provide him with the complete transcript of his lower court trial.” Appellant further states that “counsel has made repeated requests…
