STRUCKMEYER, Vice Chief Justice.

This is an appeal by Darold Duane Reinhold from his convictions for kidnapping, first degree rape and lewd and lascivious acts. Judgments affirmed.

On September 30, 1977, the prosecuting witness, victim of the criminal offenses charged, drove her car into the parking lot of her apartment complex. When she opened the car door, she was met by Reinhold, who struck her in the face and forced his way into the car.
