In this action involving indemnity under reinsurance policies, Plaintiff Hartford Accident & Indemnity Company (Hartford) moves for summary judgment .claiming that Columbia Casualty Company (Columbia) is collaterally estopped from litigating any of its defenses based on the arbitration decision resolving Hartford’s claims under two other reinsurance policies, issued by Continental, another of its reinsur-ers, on the same claim.
