This is a criminal action in which the defendant, Edward Earl Anderson, was convicted of first degree robbery, in violation of K. S. A. 21-527; two counts of attempted first degree murder, in violation of K. S. A. 21-101 and 21-401; and possession of firearms after a felony conviction, in violation of K. S. A. 21-2611. The habitual criminal act was invoked and he was sentenced to 15 years on count one, 30 years on count two, and 20 years on count three, the foregoing sentences to run consecutively; and 15 years on count four, such…
