¶ 1. Stock Building Supply, Inc., a truss supplier to a residential construction project, hired C&R Concrete, a company performing other work on the project, to load a truss at the construction site onto Stock's truck. Nathan Danks, an employee of C&R Concrete, was injured while assisting in the truss removal. Danks appeals the judgment dismissing his personal injury claims against Stock and its truck driver, James Wagner, who was at the site to pick up the truss.
