Opinion

HULL, J.

This case has been remanded to us by the California Supreme Court in order to resolve one issue: did the Board of Architectural Examiners (the Board) impose an excessive sanction in revoking the architect’s license of plaintiff Charles Hughes? (Hughes v. Board of Architectural Examiners (1998) 17 Cal.4th 763, 795 [72 Cal.Rptr.2d 624, 952 P.2d 641].) We conclude the discipline imposed was well within the Board’s discretion and therefore affirm.
