This is a suit to construe the will of Rosa C. Allen, deceased, and to require the trustees named in the will to make a partial distribution of the principal of the estate to the beneficiaries of one of the trusts created therein. It was originally filed by the petitioner, Rosa Allen Williams, and her two sisters, Mrs. Loula Allen Smith and Clara Dell Allen Drouet, the surviving daughters of Mrs. Allen.
