This is an appeal from an order requiring the defendant and cross-complainant (mother) to contribute a sum for the partial support and maintenance of two of her children.
Originally the plaintiff husband and father of the children brought an action in divorce from the defendant wife and mother of the children. The wife and mother cross-complained for divorce. The parties made and entered into a property settlement agreement.
