On December 3, 1921, the plaintiffs leased, for a term of 25 years, certain real premises in the city of Portland to the Telegram Publishing Company, an Oregon corporation. Later, that corporation becoming insolvent, its assets were sold by order of the bankruptcy court to the Portland Telegram, a corporation of which Herbert Fleishhacker and C. H. Brockhagen were the sole stockholders, and, pursuant to such sale, the lease was duly assigned to it.
