SUMMARY ORDER
Plaintiff Vera Muller-Paisner appeals from the district court’s dismissal of her complaint, which seeks compensation from the defendants in her capacity as executrix of the estate of the late Mary Engel (“decedent”). Muller-Paisner brings a federal securities fraud claim, as well as claims under New York common law for fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, and negligent misrepresentation.
