BOWLER, United States Magistrate Judge.
Plaintiff Frank Saco (“Saco”), a seaman working on board the Tug Tucana at the time of the accident, seeks to increase the maintenance and cure paid to date by defendant Tug Tucana Corporation (“defendant”).
