KEARSE, Circuit Judge:

Defendant Jorge Negron appeals from a judgment of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, Kevin Thomas Duffy, Judge, convicting him, following his plea of guilty, of conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute heroin, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 846 (1988). He was sentenced principally to 235 months’ imprisonment, to be followed by a five-year term of supervised release.
