EXUM, Justice.

This is an action for death benefits under a policy issued by defendant insuring plaintiff’s husband against loss of life due to *377“accidental bodily injury.” The trial court granted defendant’s motion for a directed verdict at the close of all the evidence. The Court of Appeals held that it was error to direct a verdict against plaintiff and ordered a new trial. On the second, issue raised on appeal, the Court of Appeals upheld the trial court’s ruling that the principal sum payable under the policy was $5000. We affirm in both respects.
