On October 17, 1930, the plaintiff company secured a judgment against the defendant, R.T. Hemperly, in the district court of Vernon parish for the sum of $753.82, with interest and cost, subject to certain credits. Plaintiff had a writ of fieri facias issued on said judgment out of the district court of Vernon parish directed to the sheriff of Beauregard parish for execution.
