This is an appeal from a decree of the District Court for Massachusetts dismissing a bill in equity brought under section 4915, R. S. (Comp. St. § 9460), by Becker, assignee through mesne assignments, dated January 26, 1916, and April 7, 1917, of the entire interest in the invention and application of Robert Hauschild, serial No. 654,658, for letters patent filed October 14, 1911.
