MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
WEXLER, District Judge.
In the above-referenced cases the creditors’ committee appeals orders of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of New York (Goetz, J.) extending the time period in which the debtor Gibson & Cushman Dredging Corp. (“Gibson” or the “Debtor”) enjoys the exclusive right to file a plan of reorganization (the “exclusivity period”).
