Appellee, Arturo V. Ramirez, filed a suit in Texas against appellant, Kathleen Sil-baugh, and several other defendants asserting several tort and breach of contract claims related to the investment by Ramirez in a leasing program and loss of his funds from Silbaugh’s IOLTA account. Silbaugh filed a special appearance contesting personal jurisdiction.
