The plaintiff, as the successor to the I. X. L. Furniture & Carpet Installment House, brought this action against the defendant to recover upon two promissory ,notes, one for *263seventy dollars and the other for thirty dollars. It is, however, alleged that the notes in question were given to plaintiff’s predecessor, and that the plaintiff has succeeded to all of the rights of its predecessor in the notes sued on.
