Plaintiff, Lake Saint Louis Community Association (Community Association), a not-for-profit corporation which administers and enforces the Lake Saint Louis Indenture of Covenants and Restrictions (Covenants and Restrictions) for subdivisions in Lake Saint Louis in St. Charles County, appeals from the trial court determination that the land and lots in Raven’s Pointe Subdivision 1 are subject to the Lake Saint Louis Indenture of Covenants and Restrictions.
