GREENE, Judge.

Plaintiffs, Neil K. Stenger, Beverly Sten-ger, Ronald K. Stenger, Lezah Stenger and Ralph W. Stenger (the Stengers), filed an action in three counts seeking to enjoin foreclosure on certain real estate under a deed of trust which secured a promissory note executed by the Stengers. Installment payments on the note had been accelerated by the secured party and demand made for the whole balance due. Defendants were Great Southern Savings and Loan Association (Great Southern) and the successor trustee for the deed of trust, Great Southern Financial Corporation.
