This matter is before the court on defendant Blue Cross and Blue Shield of South Carolina, Inc.’s motion for summary judgment. The plaintiff instituted this action in July 1981, seeking damages and injunctive relief. Plaintiff Trident Neuro-Imaging Laboratory (Trident) is a South Carolina general partnership; the plaintiffs Albert F. Aiken, M.D., O. Rhett Talbert, M.D. and Thomas H. Dukes, M.D. are its partners.
